Compliance Analyst Contract day rate 3 -6 Months Dublin/Remote. My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Compliance Analyst to join them on a contract for initially 3 months but likely to extend up to 12 months and or possibility of going permanent.

As an individual contributor the Compliance Analyst promotes a culture of compliance and the identification, escalation and timely mitigation of compliance risks. This role will define appropriate local standards and procedures for Fitness & Probity, manage required escalations, maintain a register and required documentation, subject to data protection rules, manage QA/QC processes and provide guidance and training on the Regime, as required. The role will establish pro-active processes to review changes to Regulatory obligations from the Central Bank of Ireland and identify, participate in and deliver process improvement to ensure ongoing compliance. In addition the role will contribute to the operation of other certification regimes in Europe.

Successful candidates will have CBI Regulatory environment experience on Fitness & Probity Standards and procedures for a Significant Bank. You will have experience/knowledge of the UK Senior Manager & Certification Regime/Approved Persons regime and other regimes are desirable. You will have excellent analytical skills - analyse documents for accuracy and risk; mitigate and/or call out where appropriate. You will have ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential material. You will be able to handle difficult conversations with internal clients, business partners, and regulators.
