Trainee Accountant - Dublin
10 month Contract Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trainee Accountant to work on behalf of our client based in South Dublin. This is a contract position and would suit an individual who has previous experience working within a finance department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable management accounting and reporting experience.
*Responsible for Trustee bank account administration.
*Completion of revenue/receipts analysis.
*Preparation/assistance with monthly/quarterly reporting.
*Preparation of ad hoc management reports as required.
*Administration of staff expense management system.
*Maintenance of the creditor ledgers, creditor payments and coding & posting of purchase invoices.
*Monthly bank reconciliations.
*Familiarity with SAGE and/or SAP would be an advantage.
Skills & Qualifications;
*Business or Finance (accountancy) degree.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Strong organisation skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
*Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
*Good listening and communication skills.
*Very strong Excel skills (intermediate or advanced level). This is essential.
