Senior Employee Relations (FTC - 12 months)My client, a leading professional services firm is currently looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join their team for 12 months (initially).
This is a hands on role, where you will provide practical, commercial advice and support on all employee relations cases.
This role will support the wider Employee Relations CoE by focusing on complex grievances, disciplinaries, performance, capability and well being/absence case work. The role will also include policy consultation and contract queries.
