Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a market leading digital agency in Birmingham to recruit an experienced Digital Account Manager with skills encompassing all areas of digital marketing, campaign management, web build/UX, traffic generation and insight.

The Role
As a Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for client management, project instigation/management, and digital marketing strategy implementation. You will be able to confidently present digital marketing strategies to clients/stakeholders, manage their implementation and delivery results. You will be able to engage clients with your knowledge and passion for digital.

The Responsibilities
*Experience in managing client relationships and leading client meetings
*Ability to maintain responsibility for the quality, strategy and integrity of solutions delivered to assigned clients; resulting in the cultivation of client loyalty and retention
*Attention to detail and the ability to adequately interpret designs and build best practice
*Excellent customer service skills and the ability to present to senior managers and client stakeholders at board levels
*Work closely with senior clients to devise digital strategies and ensure that solutions meet client needs across design & build, UX, digital strategy, mobile.

The Requirements
*Understanding and experience of digital marketing techniques and practices is essential
*Understanding and experience of online marketing.
*Experience using and promoting Content Management Systems and all other key digital marketing technologies
*Understanding and utilisation of analytics and web reporting will be essential to the role
*Understanding of web building project processes from planning through to release
*Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
*Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
*All candidates should be able to demonstrate results and experience of previous successes.
*Must be able to identify trends within the digital marketing industry
*Experience growing revenues within a digital or integrated agency
*A passion for all things digital and an acumen for delivering success for their clients
