Senior Java Developers, Dublin or Galway, green field projects

We have a great opportunity to join a successful growing team in Galway or Dublin working in a great environment for experienced Senior Software Java Engineers.


This role will be remote for time being and there after with a few days in the office now and then.

Have roles at mid and senior levels.

This is a Global growing company!

You will be a senior contributor to a browser-based applications. You will be working on development, automated testing, meeting with technology peers (including architecture) to work through technical designs, supporting other developers on the team with their deliverables, and participating in Agile sessions; work closely with the business to develop prototypes, pilots, and full-scale production applications.

Skills required:

Ability to work as part of a globally distributed team
Proficient in one or more of these skillsets: OO language like Java or C#, SpringBoot, .NET or similar, JavaScript, Angular or similar
Demonstrated experience building Continuous Integration pipelines and automated deployment tools (e.g. Jenkins)
Test Automation (JUnit, Cucumber, Mockito, Jasmine, or any other automation frameworks)
Experience of Cloud deployments in AWS or Azure, using EKS & Docker is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort following the best practices of agile development
Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be a team player
Full understanding of the software development process
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
A Bachelors or Master's degree in a computer-related field
