Sales Order Processing Admin - South Dublin

Location:South Dublin
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team where they will deal with customers over the phone processing orders and dealing with any queries.
Main Duties:
*Processing Sales Quotations & Sales Orders by phone and email
*Receiving orders from customers and ensuring order pricing and required
information is correct.
*Maintain pro-active communication with customers regarding order
confirmations/back-order status.
*Liaise with customers regarding all aspects of customer service, order
discrepancies, shipping dates, order status, customer queries etc.
*Work closely with various internal departments e.g., purchasing and shipping; log and track customer queries to ensure a timely response.
*Accuracy and the ability to Multi-task under pressure is a key requirement for this role.
*Excellent customer service and phone manner is required.

*Strong attention to detail
*Good typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft office (particularly Excel)
