Part-Time Accounts Assistant
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a part-time Accounts assistant working 5 x mornings a week based in North Dublin. The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience using SAP with Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable.
*Experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable role dealing with Invoices & Statements
*Perform other tasks including but not limited to: Bank lodgments & daily cash reconciliations, setting up new customers, managing accounts email, adhoc tasks as required.
*Ensure daily remittances and other accounting information are entered timely, accurately, and efficiently.
*Month End Reconciliation to bring all Accounts to Trial Balance.
*Liaise with customers regarding all aspects of their accounts, copy invoices, customer queries etc.
*Work closely with various internal departments e.g., Accounts Payable & Debits department to log and track customer queries to ensure a timely response.
*Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Strong Analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail
*Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
*Good administrative & data entry skills
*Excellent customer service and phone manner is required.
