Adecco has an amazing opportunity for a Production Office Coordinator to join a leading Engineering and Recycling company based in Co Meath who will be responsible for various crucial, time-sensitive tasks in the pre-production, production, and postproduction stages.

Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with the operations team to create an optimal work schedule for the manufacturing floor
Ensure the Production Manager is updated with work projections
Identify "bottle necks" and inform the Production Manager and Operation's Director when they may occur
Produce miscellaneous documents for manufacturing supervisors
Produce various documents and reports for the Production Manager

Requirements
Previous experience required
Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to focus and prioritise tasks
Strong organisational and planning skills
Good communicator - both internal and external
