Change Manager Contract 6 Months
As the Change Manager, you will work closely with the client Strategy & Enablement Lead and key stakeholders to build, implement and manage strong change processes and programs. A typical day might include the following:
Collaborating with global teams and corporate functions to understand their priorities and assist them in developing and delivering change programs. Working with the the client Strategy & Enablement Lead to develop and promote my clients wide strategies and tools to target audiences including Corporate Functions and Client Account Teams
Successful candidates will have Minimum of 2-5 years of commercial experience as a change manager (at Manager level). You will have experience working with senior management. You will be a highly motivated and driven self-starter who likes to get the job done. You will have the ability to thrive and provide structure in an undefined space, and be Pragmatic, business focused and with strong execution mindset. You will have Strong leadership skills. You will have Influencing and facilitation skills, and Coaching and development skills, Analytical skills and experience developing, implementing and managing corporate initiatives.
