Customer Service Representative

Our client is a growing organisation looking for an adaptable problem-solver to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional individual who can listen to customer service issues and offer solutions to each problem in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also be well-skilled in the main Social-Media platforms engaging with our clients on a daily basis. My client are a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously, it's critical for us to offer quick and accurate assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer calls & emails regarding enquiries, invoice requests. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction

Update customer information in the company CRM system after each interaction

Work with the management team to stay up-to-date on regulations & product knowledge

Positively engage with enquiries through the companies social-media pages

Qualifications and skills.

● A Level or equivalent required (Business/IT related discipline preferred)

● In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube

● Ability to remain professional, helpful & courteous with customers at all times

● Committed individual able to manage and prioritise own workload

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● A passion to deliver the best customer experience

● Keen interest in Camera technology (preferred but not essential)

Candidate Specification:

Full time, permanent Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with potential for 'out of hours' cover if needed

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire with remote working encouraged, visisting at least once a week.

Duties:

Monitor, prioritise and respond to emails/live chats in the various inboxes

Appropriately respond to enquiries on our social media channels

Deal with telephone enquiries to new & existing students

Process orders over the telephone through the online system

Arrange & manage examination bookings through shared calendars

Ensure additional order notes & instructions are followed
