Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement
£55,000 per annum
West Yorkshire Based With opportunity for some agile working
A well known and an outstanding provider of high-quality care, support and housing services that
helps vulnerable members of society achieve their aspirations and lead fulfilling lives is looking for
a permanent Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement to join them. This organisation puts
Person Centred care at the heart of what they do, they respect the choices of the people they
support whether it is in a supporting living or their own home. If you are experienced in providing
care, passionate about quality and driven by community then we would love to speak with you.
Who you are:
* An experienced Director/Leader able to define, develop and implement an effective Quality and
Continuous Improvement strategy
* A Safeguarding lead for a care-based organisation who provides expertise on complex
safeguarding cases and liaises with external safeguarding boards as necessary
* Able to provide clinical leadership across nursing services, influencing, and driving best
evidenced based practice
* Experienced in CQC key line enquiries, inspection preparation, inspection leadership and best
practice sharing
* RGN Registered and Nursing Qualified
* A competent and engaging communicator able to liaise and direct at all levels with
stakeholders, patients, and staff
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an organisation that provides across Supported living
services, Residential care, including nursing care, Specialist detoxification and rehabilitation
(alcohol and substance misuse), Respite care, Domiciliary care, Floating outreach, Day services,
Shared Lives, Community mental health and substance use services and Housing with support -
long and short term.
