I am currently recruiting for an experienced Field Based, Sales Business Partner to join my market leading, highly prestigious global cosmetics client. As an Field Based, Sales Business Partner, you will be joining a fast paced, collaborative and creative team, responsible for establishing and implementing business plans, providing solutions and driving sales.

This opportunity is exciting, autonomous, and extremely unique! Offering you the chance to work with customers who work with the most advanced technologies in hair, skin and beauty products! The Field Based, Sales Business Partner will work with a cross function team covering a large area of Southern Ireland. Therefore, it is imperative that you are happy to spend a lot of time travelling.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Field Based, Sales Business Partner:

  • Achieve sales targets, accurately forecast territory turnover and build comprehensive risk plans in the event of short forecast versus target
  • Execute the regional conquest strategy focusing on winning targeted doors
  • Establish and deliver education plans and provide in-salon training in partnership with Education teams
  • Originate, agree and implement promotional and marketing activity designed to generate sales growth and meet brand objectives with a critical focus on a sell-out approach
  • Execute a structured salon contact strategy including a logical blended journey plan and ensuring all existing and prospect customers are connected with on a monthly basis
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of the marketplace, luxury brands and customers to ensure effective market intelligence
  • Manage client credit facility in line with Company credit terms
  • Network with colleagues across the region and divisions to share best practice and maximize success in multi branded and prospect accounts.

Essential Skills/Experience required of the Field Based, Sales Business Partner:

  • A commercial background with a proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential
  • Experience of working in a virtual world - using online technology to connect and network with clients and build relationships
  • Commercial acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills
  • A driven personality with the hunger to achieve results
  • A growth mindset and actively look for new solutions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships virtually and face to face
  • A solution orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
  • Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills - with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines.
  • Is risk aware and builds contingency into plans
