My client, a well known FMCG company are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their Cork team. This position will support HR and operations and is a temporary full time position until at least December 2021.
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Supporting the administration function of the HR division
Ensuring system updates are completed
Assisting with recruitment, arranging interviews, resourcing
Dealing with purchase orders and assisting with vendor queries
Creating salary certificates
Ensuring absence/ leave is up to date
General HR administration duties
This would be a great position for an administrator at the early stages of their HR career as you will gain exposure with a multinational company.
We are looking for open, outgoing individuals who have experience working as part of a team and collaborating with various stakeholders. Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and great communication skills.
