Office Manager - Mat Leave
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:15 Monday to Friday
*Manage the front of house reception area - provide a professional and positive profile for the Company as the primary point of contact on behalf of the team to all internal and external stakeholders.
*Oversee the physical maintenance and organisation of the office, including the selection and supervision of appropriate vendors for cleaning and repairs
*Manage and order supplies; select appropriate vendors and ensure spending is within the budget guidelines.
*Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
*Assist in the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of general office payable, including invoices, etc.
*Assist the team with production of presentation materials and technical reports.
*Tenders and Suitability Questionnaires - Collating, printing and checking all documentation.
*Minimum 5 year's experience in a Front of House role.
*Professional with an excellent telephone manner.
*Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
*Good ability to milt-task, work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
*A flexible approach to working.
*Ability to work as part of a team as well on own initiative.
