Customer Service Advisor - Italian Speaker
The right individual will be part of a large team that looks after the Italian market, speaking with customers and working a roster pattern with shifts between 7 am and 8pm, Monday to Friday and between 8am and 4:30pm on Saturday.
At the moment the client is operating within a working hybrid model of approximately 50% home working and 50% in office, once you have completed and passed your induction training and graduation process.
The customers ask all sorts of questions through calls, web chat and emails about the product range and the progress of their order so you'll be helping customers make the best decisions and giving them the most up to date information about their order.
You will have comprehensive training of the systems but the most important thing is that you bring a caring, positive, enthusiastic spirit with a willingness to step in and take ownership when things don't quite go to plan.
This is a customer service centred role where you will have the customer as a top priority so you'll need to be confident and creative in resolving customer issues in a warm and friendly way. The team you'll be a part of will help you throughout the induction and support with any queries.
Training will take place in a great setting in the office in Manchester with appropriate social distancing provisions and protections in place for your health and safety.
To be considered you need to have a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service back ground or contact centre and being able to speak fluent Italian is essential.
