Adecco have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our clients team. Our client are a rapidly expanding company that have seen amazing success and performance over the past few years.
We are currently recruiting;
Accounts Payable Administrator

The purpose of the role will be to fulfil the full range of AP duties across the business, in a multiple currency & multiple entity environment. You will be challenged by a highly detailed purchasing structure and have responsibility for managing relationships with suppliers and colleagues across the organisation.
This is an excellent role if you are looking for a great team working structure and looking to join a company where your efforts may afford you great progression opportunities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Processing of high volume supplier invoice reconciliations
AP invoice processing for non-stock expenses and overheads
Use SAP to create supplier payments
Daily bank reconciliations
Reconciliation of Trade Creditor and GRNI balances at month end
Complete monthly payments for stock and non-stock suppliers
Reconcile inter-company accounts.
Any other admin duties as required

Skills and experience;
Strong team player
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience of SAP benefical
Strong Microsoft office and Excel skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise deadlines
Excellent communicator at all levels
