Scrum Master Contract 6-12 Months Dublin.
Your Key responsibilities will include: Empowering Scrum teams to deliver products and client value. You will Collaborate with Scrum teams to implement best practice agile ceremonies and artefacts including backlog grooming, sprint / release planning, sprint demo, retrospectives, etc. You will Coach and guide both my client and clients teams in Scrum best practice. Generate, manage, and communicate metrics to key stakeholders, including those that are not well versed in agile practices (e.g. Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, EAC, Earned Value, etc.) Help drive an enterprise approach to agile adoption using frameworks such as SAFe. You will be knowledgeable and comfortable using Agile tools to manage the delivery process and Understand and promote the benefits of DevOps approaches and tooling such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, test automation, code quality analysis, etc.
Successful candidates will have 3+ years hands on Scrum experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role. Formal Agile certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master) You will have an Understanding / exposure to Scaled Agile practices such as SAFe and LeSS. You will have a Hands-on technical delivery experience and application lifecycle management. Ideally experienced using Data Lineage and Quality tools such as IDQ, Informatica. Candidates will have Knowledge, skills and experience of delivering solutions using Agile methodologies like Kanban, Lean, Continuous Delivery, XP, etc. You will be detailed understanding of Agile metrics and value tracking across the SDLC. Practical experience engaging with DevOps teams, tooling and practices. Candidates must be in Ireland to avail of this role, the role will be remote initially but my client wont accept candidates not based in Ireland.
