We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service / Complaints handler to work as part of there Team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be working with clients in the French Market.
*Responsible for evaluating and processing complaints received
*Support completing complaints as part of the process.
*Responsible for providing regulatory and compliance support for the company regarding complaints intake and facilitating the investigation and reporting of complaints for the company.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
