Do you want a fantastic opportunity, working from home?

Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established company who are seeking a skilled Customer Service/Sales Advisor to join their expanding team.

Location: Working from home initially, this will then lead to flexible working
(Optional mixture of working from home and being at the office in Billericay)

Salary: £20,000

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

Key duties:

  • Customer service - outbound calling
  • Qualifying a database to see if any policy holders are up for renewal
  • Working to KPIs and targets
  • Converting clients and creating leads
  • Data entry, keeping organised and arranging call backs
  • General administration duties

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in customer service
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a confident telephone manner
  • Focused with a pro-active work ethic, both independently and within a team
  • Self-motivated and keen to learn
  • Ability to remain productive and calm during peak periods
