Logistics Administrator - Dublin
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator to work as part of the logistics / warehouse function based at their site in Lucan. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and recording all movement of products and ensure all data is recorded in the databases and building relationships with all internal and external parties.
*Liaising with internal departments and warehouse staff
*Provide administration to support to the warehouse as required
*Be the first point of contact for queries coming into the warehouse
*Collaborate with the internal warehouse teams to ensure as required
*Book export freight onto the system and ensure 3rd party partners come to collect
*Price freight collections and forward to the relevant person
*Ensure all freight is collected each day
*Support Goods Inwards with all administration and incoming phone calls
*Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience working in logistics administration
*Experience working with SAP would be an advantage
*Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
*Strong attention to detail, with ability to multitask and problem solve
*Good organisational skills with filing/documentation experience
*Proficient with Microsoft suite
