We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly motivated, ambitious, and experienced professional to join their Finance Department. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Finance, supporting the department and providing support to the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in a legal dept with strong administration skills.

Main Duties:

*Work closely with the Director of Finance to ensure that all projects and administration are up to date.
*Manage the calendar and commitments of the Director of Finance as required which will include booking meeting rooms and ensuring that meeting room set-up and catering requirements are delivered.
*Act as Secretary to the Trust Company ensuring all legal obligations are completed.
*Record all property matters and maintain records to the highest of required standards.
*Manage the correspondence and queries on all property matters.
*Provide efficient assistance to clients in transfers to the Corporate Trustee and act as the point of contact for clients to address any queries they might have.
*Maintain efficient and up to date records of all properties held by the Corporate Trustee in line with regulations.
*Progress Land Commission transfers.
*Liaison with the Chief State Solicitors Office.
*Provide advice to clients when required on such matters as
Leasing
Licensing
Acquisitions
Disposals
Charges
Power of Attorney

Experience required:

Previous experience within a legal role
*Relevant third level qualification in Business, Administration, Legal Studies or similar
*Strong organisational skills and demonstrable ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
*Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
*Exceptional attention to detail and efficient at keeping records.
