Excellent new opportunity as a Customer Service Administrator with a well-established company based in Limerick.
Permanent position
Salary between €26,000-€28.000
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a customer service team working with management, stakeholders, internal support teams as well as dealing with a variety of high levels of customer queries. In this role you will be focused on attaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing customer support, ensuring that all issues impacting customer shipments and deliveries are resolved according to agreed SLA's.

Primary Responsibilities:
*Driving high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that any systems/operational issues hindering customer shipments are reported and resolved efficiently.
*Ensuring that all daily customer service contacts and queries received via telephone and email are resolved per agreed SLA's
*Dealing with customer complaints received and applying correct resolution measures to the cause ensuring corrective actions are implemented, documented and submitted to the customer.
*Tracking open customer orders through to delivery/return/claim.
*Compiling, reviewing and managing reporting suites for key account customers and business per KPI requirements.
*Reporting against agreed KPI's and compiling trends for cause and corrective actions.
*Engaging in in weekly carrier and customer task meetings along with monthly reviews and QBR's.
*Managing all customer and carrier transactions including compiling all billing activities.
*Participating in business and customer projects.
*Being the voice of the customer.


Job Requirements:

*Excellent knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite
*Ability to work as part of a team while also confident working as an individual.
*2 years' work experience in a high-tech customer services and logistics' environment.
*Ability to deal with customer requests, customer complaints investigations and reporting activities.
*Attention to detail for self-billing and process analysis.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Great analytical skills and experience in carrier network management.
*Fluency in oral and written English essential.
